Jewellery Care

Jewellery Refreshed, Never Rushed

Everyday rings, chains and bracelets gather skin oils, soap and cosmetics in places a cloth cannot reach. After a suitability check, selected pieces receive controlled ultrasonic cleaning and gentle finishing to bring back their clarity and shine.

What we do

  • Every piece is inspected for loose settings, porous stones and fragile repairs before any treatment.
  • Suitable pieces receive a controlled ultrasonic bath to lift residue from settings and links.
  • Gentle finishing restores shine without aggressive abrasion.
  • Unsuitable pieces are cleaned by an appropriate alternative method, or left untouched.

Honest limits

Pearls, opals, emeralds, amber, porous stones, loose settings and pieces with glued elements are never placed in an ultrasonic bath. We clean and refresh; we do not repair, resize or re-set jewellery.

Questions & Answers

Is ultrasonic cleaning safe for my jewellery?+

For solid gold, platinum, silver and most hard stones such as diamonds and sapphires, yes. Soft or porous stones and loose settings are not suitable, which is why every piece is checked before treatment.

How many pieces are included?+

Up to 6 pieces in the Heritage Collection and up to 12 in the Master Craftsman's Suite. Further pieces can be added as a bespoke addition.

Do you repair jewellery?+

No. We clean and refresh suitable pieces. If we notice a loose stone or a worn claw, we will point it out so you can take it to a jeweller.
