2. Our Services

We provide mobile ultrasonic cleaning, polishing, sharpening, and restoration services for cutlery, eyewear, jewellery, and other personal items, delivered to your home within our service area (Winchester and surrounding Hampshire).

• All services are carried out by appointment only.
• Service availability is subject to our capacity and your location within our operating radius.
• We reserve the right to decline a service request at our discretion.

3. Bookings & Appointments

Submitting a booking request through our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment. We will contact you to confirm the date, time, and details of your visit.

• We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• We will endeavour to provide at least 24 hours' notice if we need to reschedule from our side.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed on our website and are inclusive of the home visit within our standard service radius. Prices are subject to change; the price confirmed at the time of your booking will apply to your appointment.

• Payment is due upon completion of the service at your premises.
• We accept cash and most major bank transfer methods.
• Bespoke additions or services outside the standard packages will be quoted in advance.

5. Care of Your Items

We treat every item with the utmost care and professionalism. However, please note:

• Items that are already damaged, heavily corroded, or of unknown composition may respond differently to cleaning. We will advise you where possible.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage that becomes apparent during or after cleaning.
• You are responsible for informing us of any special requirements or fragile items before the service begins.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kudin & Sons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
